Flexible Learning Resources
Our schools use a variety of resources to inform our work with young people to ensure we are Trauma Informed Aware. The practices are woven into how we build relationships with young people embedded though our Common Ground Practice and working through our Four Principles of Honesty, Participation, Respect and Safe and Legal.
Our staff are trained in either Reboot or Berry Street

Our schools use Collaborative Problem Solving
The body of work by Dr Stuart Ablon and Think Kids as a way of understanding what the needs our young person are. We focus on using strength-based language

Our schools enrol approximately 30% of First Nation young people
