St Joseph Flexible Learning Centre 

St Joseph’s Flexible Learning Centre, works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.

We are a school that upholds positive regard for young people, high expectations and a culture of learning. We are looking for an enthusiastic Youth Worker to join our team, working for our North Melbourne campus that is ready and motivated to do the same. Our Network is currently seeking applicants for this role on a full time, ongoing contract commencing ASAP.

Please note: This position sits under St Joseph’s Flexible Learning Centre North Melbourne Campus. However, the program is delivered primarily in Regional Victoria (Geelong). The successful applicant would be required to attend Regional Victoria (Geelong) at least three times per week to engage with young people and attend Metropolitan Melbourne at either our North Melbourne Campus or Carlton office at least once a week for remote engagement sessions, meetings, briefings and to pick up resources.

We strongly encourage applicants who reside in either the Barwon South West region or in Metropolitan Melbourne to apply.
